In 2020 the MIRCO WEDDING became the way most couples celebrated their big day. With COVID-19 weddings became small yet couples still wanted to celebrate BIG TIME! The stress of planning a DESTINATION MIRCO WEDDING doesn’t get smaller due to the size of the wedding guest list and having a wedding planner like Stephanie White of Amorous Weddings and Events paid off BIG TIME for Rich and Laurie’s MIRCO WEDDING in the East Valley.
These two wintry weather lovers headed to the sunshine of Arizona with their kids to tie the knot. A few years before all this Rich found himself in Costa Rica relaxing from the cold and snow of back home in Wisconsin and ran into Laurie who was in Costa Rica on a business trip (also escaping the cold of her Candian home) from there the fire started melting the cold and warming up each other’s hearts and homes. To seal the deal off to Arizona they traveled with their children.
Rich and Laurie said their I DO’s at The Views at Superstition in Gold Canyon with its stunning view of the Superstition Mountains and lush green golf course. Then it was off to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum in Superior (Arizona’s oldest and largest botanical garden) for photography with the desert landscape. Then back on the road to Scottsdale for dinner with their kids.
